There are several ways to renew your Arcobaleno travelcard, and they depend on the type of travelcard you own. At this link you will find all extension possibilities according to the travelcard type.
Annual travelcard (only available on SwissPass)
- at authorised points of sale
- by phone: PostBus Advice and Sales 0840 852 852 or SBB Contact Centre 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min., daily, around the clock), payment by credit card.
- online via the SBB Ticket Shop (*SwissPass card required)
The SwissPass is available at SBB, FLP, TPL, FART and PostBus points of sale (at the points of sale in Lugano, via S. Balestra 4 or in Bellinzona, viale stazione 18).
Company travelcard
Employees interested in renewing an Arcobaleno Company travelcard should contact their company's office directly.
Monthly travelcard (only available on SwissPass)
- at authorised points of sale
- at SBB ticket machines (*SwissPass card required)
