Group ticket

Group tickets are valid for an unlimited number of journeys in the purchased zones, provided that a seat reservation has been made for each section of the journey. In the absence of a seat reservation, individual transport companies may refuse carriage.

The reduced price applies to children and young persons from 6 years (from their 6th birthday) up to their 25th birthday, for holders of a Half Fare Travelcard and for dogs.
For each group, a single group ticket will be issued for the total number of participants.
A designated trustworthy individual shall be responsible for the entire group. It is mandatory for school groups and youth groups (for example, scouts) to be accompanied by a person in charge (minimum age 16 years).
Group tickets can be issued for 1st and 2nd class. If the group is divided between both classes of travel, separate group tickets are issued for 1st and 2nd class.
Any refund can only be ensured by the issuing office under certain conditions. You will find further information in the FAQ.

Day Pass for groups

The Day Pass for groups can be used freely on the day of validity printed on the ticket up to 5 a.m. on the following day, within the selected zones.

Usage:

Seat reservations for the individual route segments must be booked with the relevant transport company at least two working days before the start of the journey.
For each group of at least 10 people, a single ticket will be issued for the total number of travellers.
