2) Can I activate the travel days in advance?

Yes, up to 60 days in advance, starting from the FlexiAbo’s validity.

3) If I use all 100 days before my FlexiAbo expires, can I renew it immediately?

Yes, but consider that in this case, an annual travelcard might be cheaper.

4) Where can I cancel already activated travel days?

Already booked travel days can be deactivated until 23h59 of the previous day on swisspass.ch, afterwards they can no longer be deactivated nor reimbursed.

5) How long is one travel day valid?

An activated travel day is valid from its activation until 5h00 of the following day.

6) Must the 100 travel days be used within a specific time range?

The travel days must be used within the FlexiAbo’s 12 month validity. Days not activated lose their validity at the FlexiAbo’s expiration date and cannot be transferred to another travelcard nor reimbursed.

7) I no longer have a SwissPass, what can I do?

The SwissPass is issued free of charge when first purchasing a public transportation travelcard. An ID and a good quality photograph (including digital) are required. In case of loss, a new card can be issued for a replacement fee of CHF 30.

8) Can I activate my first travel day on the same day of purchase?

Yes, as long as it corresponds to the first day of the FlexiAbo’s validity.

9) Can I pay the FlexiAbo in monthly instalments?

No, this is not possible.

10) Can I combine my FlexiAbo with a junior travelcard and the children’s co-travelcard?

11) I do not know my zones of travel: can I order a FlexiAbo regardless?

No, the FlexiAbo is available only for the specific zones requested on purchase.

12) Can I have more than one FlexiAbo for different zones simultaneously?

Yes, it is possible.

13) I sometimes travel beyond the Arcobaleno zones of my FlexiAbo: which ticket must I purchase?

You must purchase an upgrade for the missing zones. If your trip ends beyond the borders of the Arcobaleno tariff community, you must purchase a ticket that is valid from the last stop of the means of transportation in the FlexiAbo’s zones of validity.

14) Can FFS Mobile and Fairtiq apps take the FlexiAbo into account when purchasing ticket upgrades?

FFS Mobile takes the FlexiAbo into account as long as the travel day has been previously activated. Fairtiq is unable to do so.

A refund is possible according to the conditions stated in tariff T600.9 point 1.3.2.

16) I no longer require a FlexiAbo, can I obtain a refund?

A refund is possible according to the conditions stated in tariff T600.9 point 4.2.4.

17) At present I have an Arcobaleno travelcard. Can I substitute it with a FlexiAbo?

18) I already have an Arcobaleno annual travelcard, can I purchase a FlexiAbo in combination with other zones?

Yes, both travelcards will be registered on the same SwissPass account.

19) Are activated and deactivated days linked to my personal data?
